Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of BugHutch Digital services, including the AdCore AI acquisition intelligence platform, provided by Bug Hutch Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Service description

BugHutch Digital provides advisory intelligence and software tooling for law firm acquisition. This includes analysis of Google Ads spend patterns, AI platform visibility assessments, and related acquisition control recommendations. All outputs are directional and advisory in nature. They are based on available data, market signals, and modelled estimates.

3. No guarantee of results

Bug Hutch Ltd does not guarantee any specific outcome, case volume, revenue, or performance improvement as a result of using our services. All analysis, estimates, and recommendations are indicative only. Results will vary based on market conditions, account structure, competitive landscape, and implementation. Nothing on this site or in any report should be interpreted as a promise of future performance.

4. Free audit

The free acquisition audit is provided without charge or obligation. It delivers directional estimates based on the inputs you provide. It does not constitute a full account audit, a guarantee of findings, or a binding assessment of your account performance.

5. Paid services and retainer

Paid engagements are subject to a separate written agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, retainer engagements operate on a rolling monthly basis and require 30 days written notice to terminate. Fees are due on the date specified in your engagement agreement. Late payment may result in suspension of services.

6. Intellectual property

All methodologies, frameworks, software, reports, and materials produced by Bug Hutch Ltd remain the intellectual property of Bug Hutch Ltd unless explicitly assigned in writing. You are granted a non-exclusive licence to use outputs delivered as part of your engagement for internal business purposes only.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared in connection with the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service relationship.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bug Hutch Ltd's total liability to you in connection with any services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. Bug Hutch Ltd is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss, including lost revenue, lost cases, or lost business opportunity, howsoever arising.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
